Incosistent Data in Zoho One Bundle

Hello,

is there a full description about the calendar functionality in Zoho One?

This is not the first objective, which doesn't seem to be consistent amongst all applications.

Topics we are looking for:

We expect a single calendar per person, where all required APPs will CRUD the events, meetings, conferences.... (sure, one could create several calendars at on place, but not calendars discrete in every application)
We don't want to be forced to configure calendar synchronizations between all of the apps. This is expected to be a central option activated
We need a central configuration where the admin can allow all employees to see busy/free times of every other employee by default. Currently, we are forced to configure this for every employee separately, which is inconvenient, not feasible, will become inconsistent and costs a lot of money...
We need a central configuration for the invitation emails in terms of Sender email, signature, logos ....

Some Examples of inconsitencies:

The calendar which is available in the menu of Zoho one does not show my meetings created in Zoho Meeting.
Crating a Meeting in Zoho Meetings does not show busy times in Zoho One Calendar
The Zoho One Calendar has sync-options for about 6 Apps... Meeting ins not part of the list... Why do i have to sync them anyways? This is a central function and should not be spread all over the system
As every app has its own email system, invitations from different apps will look differently on the recipient... some are even going to spam or junk, because yo do not provide consistent email functionality (e.g. own domains).

Could you please guide us to a good documentation?
