Introducing Dedicated Modules for Plans, Addons, and Coupons in Zoho Billing
We’ve enhanced the way you manage Plans, Addons, and Coupons in Zoho Billing. Previously, all three grouped together under Subscription Items. Now, each one has its own dedicated module, giving you a cleaner and more intuitive experience. This update brings you a more efficient user interface experience without changing the existing functionalities.
These changes will be rolled out DC-wise and will apply to all plans and editions, including Zoho One organizations starting from January 2026.
Here’s what this update brings you:
- Dedicated modules for each subscription item; Plans, Addons and Coupons, now have separate modules, making navigation cleaner and more intuitive.
- Clean and structured details views that let you access configurations, view associated records and edit details from one place.
- Smoother scalability as your product catalog grows, you now have better control with the list views, column sorting, filters, advance search, column customization and bulk-update actions.
What's Changed Now
Plans, Addons and Coupons now have their own, dedicated modules with list and details views, along with filtering, sorting, column customization, advance search, and bulk-update options. This structure makes it easier to access details, review configurations, and manage records independently.
Products
Products are now organized within Plans. Within Products, its details and associated plans, addons and coupons are organized as separate tabs, making it easier to navigate and manage associated records. You can also create new plans, addons, or coupons directly from this section, and they will be automatically associated to that product.
Plans and Addons
Plans and Addons now come with a more structured and intuitive layout, designed to give you a clearer view of all essential information. Each has its own overview section at the top which provides users with key information in the details view. You can switch between tabs to view its associated records such as Plans, Addons, Coupons, and its Activity Logs. Additionally, from the details page, you can view the associated product information and navigate directly to its product details page.
Coupons
Coupons now has a comprehensive view with all the key information such as the redemption type, expiration date, and coupon code can be viewed from the details page. The Transactions and Activity Logs tabs helps you track the coupon's usage without switching between pages.

Very frustrating that as an admin I cannot see what my reports my fellow admins have created and scheduled. After asking about this on the help chat, I was told the issue is trust and security. By giving someone Admin status, it means we trust them with those responsibilities.
