First I'd like to say this is AWESOME. Overall this feature is significantly better than the previous integration - but I am having some trouble with a couple of things that I'd like to highlight here. Some of these may not be issues and just need clarification but here's everything I'm running into.
1) Duplicate events from o365 into zoho. Here's an example where I have one meeting in my outlook Calendar, and when it synced to zoho it somehow turned into 2. If I edit the events in zoho, I'm a host in one, and the other is hosted by the participant within my company (i set up only one event in o365, wherein the participant joined). While typing this up, the issue resolved itself and I've now only got one instance of this meeting. Unsure what happened here, but for sure odd for users to look at.
2) Scheduled calls seem to not sync to o365 from zoho - why would I not want this on my calendar?
3) Recurring meetings are still not syncing. This is not news it was said in
this thread that it would still be a problem... but it really is the missing link to having a system where people can use whatever calendar/system they want however they want, without having to train them on workarounds.
4) and finally, while the initial sync went great I appear to have trouble syncing new items from o365 > zoho. in these test cases, there are no participants, but they're meetings in my outlook calendar nonetheless. Other changes ARE syncing.
