Lost my notes

Lost my notes

Hi while re installing the notebook app, I have lost 2 most important notes and I am not able to find them anywhere. Can you help. Those were very important for my businesses, it had all the important transaction info, and the other were my log ins. I am not able to understand those were my old notes, some of the the new notes are still there if the issue is back up. But that is not the case. Kindly help me recover those notes as they extremely important.

                                                                                                                How can ZoHo be setup so that when a task is created for an Opportunity, the subject automatically lists the underlying account? Right now, it's impossible to link the Account to the task when the task is created from the Job.  Therefore, the open task view is inadequate.  And it's a lot of maintenance to have to manually add the account to the subject...defeating the purpose of "Automated" workflow.
