Use predefined merge tags
Want to generate curiosity and get your recipients to open your email? What better way to do that than having a catchy subject line with the recipient's name in it?
Zoho Campaigns enables you to personalize email subject lines using predefined merge tags so that you can greet your recipients, wish them well on their birthdays and anniversaries, inform them about order shipments, and more. Here's an example of how you can add your recipients' first names in your subject lines:
In a recipient's inbox, "Hey $[FNAME]$, happy birthday!" would look like "Hey Anna, happy birthday!"
Use emojis
Adding emojis is another way to make your email subject line stand out, boost your email open rates, and increase recipient engagement. When you're drafting your email campaign, simply select the emoji you want to use in your subject line by clicking the emoji icon next to the subject text field in the campaign creation flow.
