Marketplace Extensions for Zoho Projects



Hello, folks!
It's been a month since we launched a few extensions for Zoho Projects on Marketplace so we thought of sharing a few stats with you and what you can expect from us in the near future.

We have the Checklist,  Google Drive , and Zendesk extensions currently available for Zoho Projects and more than 1300 installations have happened till date. The Checklist extension tops the chart with the maximum no. of installations as of now. If you are not sure how to use our extensions for your business, here are a few tips that may help you choose the ones that suit you.  
  • The Checklist extension is very handy and it fits any project. Who doesn't have a to-do list when it comes to organizing stuff in their day-to-day life?! This extension lets you quickly create to-do lists for tasks and issues in Zoho Projects. We highly recommend you to install it. Learn more.
  • The Google Drive extension lets you attach your Google-Cloud files to your tasks or issues in Zoho Projects whenever you need. If your team has been importing their Google documents to their Zoho Projects account till date in order to use them as supporting documents for their tasks or issues, this extension is going to save their day. Plug in this and keep going. Learn more.
  • The Zendesk extension lets you attach a support ticket from your Zendesk account to a task or an issue in Zoho Projects directly. You can also navigate to the Zendesk ticket from your Projects account, resolve it, and make comments with this extension. Learn more .  
You can access these extensions from the last tab in the Task Details page, Issue Details page and the Extension Settings page. Learn how to access the locations here .


If you are someone who likes to code, you can refer to our developer guide  and create your first extension. We'll enable the following locations soon to help you render your widgets:  

  • Projects tab
    You'll be able to load an extension as one of the left-hand panel tabs in your project.


  • Top navigation bar
    You'll be able to list a few of your extensions from the top navigation bar and access them from there.


  • Attachment picker
     You'll be able to select files directly from your widgets and attach them as supporting documents for your work items in your project. 

Note: The screenshots shared as part of the upcoming launch are subject to minor changes as necessary.
