こんにちは。Zoho コミュニティチームの中野です。

 

My Zoho Story」では、Zoho の活用により自社ビジネスを成長させてきた軌跡を、さまざまな業界のユーザーにお聞きします。その経験や知見を、Zoho 活用の幅を広げる参考にしていただきたいと考えています。

 

今回ご登場いただく清水 裕さんは、産業用ミキサーを中心とした機器の製造、開発、販売を行う日本アイリッヒ株式会社でIT部門のマネージャー、Zoho 運用責任者として活動されています。清水さんと同社がどのようにZoho を活用し進化してきたのか、そのストーリーを聞きました。


 

――貴社の事業内容についてご説明ください

1974年に設立された日本アイリッヒ株式会社は、今年設立50周年を迎え、粉体処理技術の総合エンジニアリングメーカーとして多くの実績を残してまいりました。私たちは、世界に先駆けたアプリケーションの開発を行い、日本で生み出された多くの新しい技術は、世界中の産業界で導入され、現在、スタンダードとして応用されています。

 

――Zoho の利用歴を教えてください

約2年です。

 

――Zoho を導入したきっかけ / 背景を教えてください

近年、産業用ミキサーの保守部品の販売拠点としてタイ法人を立ち上げており、そちらの引き合い案件・受注管理を行うためのサービスを探していました。

当初はHubSpot の導入を検討していましたが、検証の過程で反応速度やデータセンターのエリアが限定的である点がボトルネックとなり、他社サービスを再度検討することになりました。当社はもともとZoho のネットワーク監視ツール「OpManager」を利用しており、Zoho社サイトで同社もCRMサービスを提供していることを知ったこと、そしてZoho CRM が上述の課題をクリアし拡張性が高い点を評価し、最終的にZoho CRMの導入を決定しました。

 

――利用中のZoho サービスについて教えてください

CRM / Desk / Analytics / Assist を利用しています。

 

――上記サービスを貴社のビジネスプロセスにどのように取り入れていますか?

主にタイ法人の業務管理にて、以下の領域で活用しています。

CRM : 商談、案件管理
Desk : 問い合わせ管理
Analytics :見積、引き合い、受注件数のレポート作成
Assist : タイ法人のユーザ保守の対応

 

* Zoho 以外のツールについては、GLASIAOUS と言うタイ税法に対応しているクラウド型会計ERPサービスを利用しています。

このGLASIAOUSとZoho CRM の受注・売上をAPIで連携しています。

受注プロセス以降は GLASIAOUS で販売、在庫、会計管理を行っています。

 

――Zoho を利用する中で、可能性を感じる部分はありますか?

Zoho CRM : 

関数(Deluge)やウィザードを使って入力プロセスや運用を固められる点が良いと感じています。データ入力時に制限を設けることで、入力担当者は必要なデータのみ入力することができ、本来の業務に集中してもらえるような環境を作ることができます。

また、ブループリントも気に入っています。見積書作成の段階で必要な項目に承認ステータスを付けて管理しています。例えば、「見積書をお客さまに出す」というボタンをクリックしないとお客さまから注文書をいただいても次の受注処理ができないようにすることで正しいステータス管理を行うことができます。

また、プロダクトアップデートが速い点も気に入っています。個人的にはサブフォームの項目上限数が増えたことは一見地味かもしれませんが、とてもありがたいと思っています。

Zoho Desk :

Microsoft 365 との連携でお客さまからメールを代表メールアドレスで受信することで自動的にチケットを作成できる点が便利です。またメールテンプレート機能も助かっています。機能を使用する前は担当者によってお客さまに送信するメールの内容が異なっていましたが、テンプレートを使うことで対応品質が揃い、対応のスピードも上がっています。

 

――今後Zoho サービスを利用する上でチャレンジしてみたいことを教えてください

Zoho CRM :

ウィザードとブループリントを組み合わせて活用できないか模索しています。連絡先やお客さま情報の登録依頼の際に、お客さまの会社情報はあるものの、コンタクトだけを追加したり、新規登録の場合は会社とコンタクトの両方を登録しなければなりません。現在は、担当者がIT部門に登録・修正依頼をする運用にしていますが、誤って依頼されることが多いと言う課題がありますが、ウィザードを使って取引先と連絡先の登録・修正依頼のパターンを特定し、ウィザードの後にブループリントを使ってパターンに沿った必要事項の入力必須、登録・修正依頼の承認フローにつなげる運用ができないか検証したいと思っています。

 

Zoho Desk :

チケットの対応時間や件数を管理することと、チケットクローズ後にフィードバックを取れる機能も気になっており、今後活用したいです。
