New Projects Users Can't See Documents In Any Project (Zoho Projects App)

We are having a challenge with some new users we have added to our organisation. For projects when they login via a desktop PC everything works fine and they can see documents for any particular projects. However, using the app on their tablets (which is necessary on the workshop floor) no documents show up for any project. 

We've logged out and in, reset permissions and tried everything but the error persists. Its only in the Projects App and its consistant across all projects. Documents that are there just don't show.

Any help would be wonderful!
