I wanted to open this up to the community to see if I am on the right track or if there is an issue with my design. To fully accomplish what I have in mind with my application in Creator it would take 141 fields in a form to have all of the data in one place. Knowing I cant do that I wanted break down those fields into common areas with each area as its own form no more than 30 fields. For testing, I simply created a  contact form, call results form, & email result form. Each form will have a auto generated ID. ContactID, callresultsID, & emailresultsID in there form respectively. There will also be a uniqueID field that will be generated in the contact form. That uniqueId will be a lookup field in each form back to the contact form.

Each form will have it own group of data. Contact form will have name, address, phone & email. Callresults form will have an additional lookup field called disposition along with the two ID mentioned above. The lookup field will pull from a form called calldispositions. It will be a simple field with calldisposition autoID and a single field for dispositions.   Email results form will also have an additional lookup form called emaildispostion.  The lookup field will pull from a form called emaildispositions. It will be a simple field with emaildisposition autoID and a single field for emaildispositions

This all works and I can pull data in. the issue comes in reporting.

I would like to create a report that shows the contact name, address, phone, along with call results(multiple if available) and emailresults (multiple if available)

When I go to create the report it seems to limit me to 1 form. However when I create the report from the callresults or the emailresults form I can get that to link back to contact from but I cant get all three forms in one report. As you can note from my second sentence, I will have several more forms that all need to pull together in one report. I am using CRMplus Creator.
