Self-Support Portal invites

I'm a one man operation and I'm using the free version of the Zoho Desk for now, but I am in need of help.  When I do test tickets, I get a reply from the system inviting me to join the Self Service portal. I don't plan on using that, so I wonder if there is a way to turn off that email, and only send them the one that says the ticket was created.
