The new Reports are a mess (AGAIN)

Posting here so others can be aware, and just in case others aren't experiencing similar issues.  

Zoho rolled out a similar reporting update over a year ago and pulled it after many complaints.  It's been forced on us again and I'm seeing many of the same bugs, now missing functionality, and bad UI.  Very frustrating.  

Among the issues:

  1. Column resizing does not work well.  You are able to resize them while editing the report, but it works inconsistently.  Sometimes I can drag the size of a column, sometimes I can't.  WORSE is that they usually don't stay the same size after saving.  The columns still don't stay resized for me.
  2. Even though the resizing of the columns doesn't work correctly, when I did resize them during editing, I deleted a column and they all reverted to the same size. 
  3. In some of our long text fields, we take notes which of course includes line breaks.  The reports now truncate the column by default to one text line.  If you select the "Wrap Text" option under the Show Details dropdown, it removes the line breaks, making the huge group of text unreadable. 
  4. They're again truncating the name of the report at the top to an absurdly short length.  I now can't see the full name of many of my reports. 
  5. Remember when you would create a report and you could select from three types?  That seems to be gone, so I can't group the content at a top level (like account owner or some other field) and then have sub groups within it.  
Can't believe it seems no user acceptance testing was done after all this time.  Very very frustrating as I'm in the middle of a huge campaign push right now.

I need my reports reverted ASAP
