Tips and Tricks 04: Effortless cloning for repeated trainings.

In today's tip, we're going to show you how to make a copy of your existing session settings and reuse them for upcoming sessions. To read through our previous tip, click here.



While setting up your trainings, you can customize various session parameters like email reminders, registration pages, promotions, and more. It's easy to keep these preferences for upcoming sessions to avoid the hassle of re-entering these same details all over again. 

ShowTime's 'Clone' feature makes this simple. If you already have a training that is set up with polls, surveys, and emails, you can copy it into a newly scheduled session with a single click.
 
Here is how you clone a session:

1. Select the training you want to make a copy of and click the Duplicate button on the top right corner of the screen. 



2. Now, enter the session details for the copy you want to create and click Duplicate.


 
You can now see the new session created which includes the session material, polls, and registration settings of the original training.
 
Keep in mind that duplicating a training will not affect the current session settings. You can also use the Clone feature to check and confirm that all session settings are accurate.
