Unbounce Integration with Zoho CRM offer No Round Robin Assignment Options
The Unbounce integration with Zoho CRM falls short as it is not possible to use Round Robin assignment among selected users. An option is to assign all leads to a single user for manual assignment. Another option is to assign leads to every user in the system. The latter option is, of course, a deal breaker for most companies as not every user is in sales or properly trained to make outbound calls on fresh leads. Either scenario requires active management by some to allocate leads to qualified sales people.
