UTM tracking and multi-lingual Support for Zoho Forms integration with CRM
Hello everyone,
We’re thrilled to announce new enhancements to the integration between Zoho Forms and Zoho CRM, including support for UTM tracking parameters, and using forms in multiple languages.
Our existing integration allowed you to seamlessly transfer data from Zoho Forms directly into Zoho CRM. This means less manual data entry and immediate updates to your records.
However, imagine you need to understand not just who your customers are but also:
- Where they come from,
- How they interact with your campaigns.
Additionally, offering forms in multiple languages broadens your reach and engages a global audience.
These are the situations the latest enhancement promises to solve.
Here's what's new:
- Embed forms with advanced tracking options
UTM parameters allow you to track the effectiveness of your sales promotions by revealing which efforts are bringing in leads, helping you optimize for better ROI. In Zoho Forms you can enable UTM tracking and configure custom parameters based on your business requirements.
While linking your Zoho Form in the email template, you can now configure advanced settings, such as setting the custom UTM parameters.
- Choose language preferences
You can translate your form into different languages based on your business reach and regional preferences.
With this enhancement, you can now select the form's language directly from CRM in the advanced settings while linking Zoho Form with your email template.
Setting the custom UTM parameters and selecting the form language can also be done directly while linking a form in the email composer while sending email to a record.
