Send Item Identification Codes for Electronic Invoicing [Mexico Edition]
You can now include unique codes assigned to items like the Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) when sending item details to SAT for e-invoicing. By default, None will be selected, and no code will be shared with SAT. Once configured, you can view the code in the item table in transactions. Note that you can also configure one code to be sent for all the items in your organization.
Organizations with the Zoho Inventory Add-on can include additional codes such as the Universal Product Code (UPC), European Article Number (EAN), International Standard Book Number (ISBN) and the Manufacturer Part Number (MPN).
To configure this preference, go to Settings > Taxes & Compliance > Electronic Invoicing.
Configure Print Preferences for Transaction PDFs [Kenya Edition]
Configure the number of PDF copies for your transactions like invoices, quotes, etc. You can print one original copy of the transaction PDF and choose the preferred number of duplicate copies. You can also customize document copy labels for each copy as required. These labels will be displayed on the transaction PDFs as shown below. For instance, if you're sending an invoice to a customer, you can print a copy for them, one for your internal records, and another for your accountant, labelled accordingly.
To configure the font size of the labels, go to the transaction's template, and click Transaction Details > Document Copy.
To configure the print preferences, go to Settings > General under Preferences.

We've introduced the bulk export option that allows you to export more than 50,000 rows for the Inventory Aging Summary and Inventory Valuation Summary reports. You can choose to export the report in sections or the full report.

We've added two new unit codes, BAL (Bale) and TGM (Ten Gross) to the Unique Quantity Codes. A Bale refers to materials that are packaged together and Ten Gross is a quantity equal to 1,440 items. These units are helpful for businesses that deal with wholesale goods. To access this option, click Configure Units from the Unit dropdown in Items.

Filter By Branches Option for Two Reports [India Edition]
You can now filter by Branches in the Profit and Loss (Schedule III) and Balance Sheet (Schedule III) reports from the Advanced Filters section.

Hi, We set up 2 webform on our website, fowarding the content to Zoho CRM. Since it has been opened up, we are getting lot of spam message (for now about 20 a day).
