What's New this June 2018 in Zoho Invoice?
Hello everyone!
It seems like 2018 had just begun, and we're already in the middle of the year! As time flies quickly, we at Zoho Invoice have been working on new features and enhancing them at a faster pace. Here's what we got to offer for the month of June.
GDPR:
To comply with GDPR , the following changes have been made in Zoho Invoice:
- Sensitive information will now be stored as Personally Identifiable Information(PII) in Zoho Invoice. We have brought in an option to restrict/grant access to the sensitive information of your customers within the user level. You can select which of your users can have access to this while creating user roles link.
Users with this access can perform the following actions,
- Encrypt and save a newly created custom field.
- Export PII while exporting data pertaining to an entity.
Also, while deleting an organization in Zoho Invoice, we'll be listing out the integrations enabled in that organization. This is to let you know the third-party sites to which your data has been pushed from this organization.By deleting your organization, data which was stored as a result of that integration will not be deleted.
Zoho Invoice - Zoho People Integration
You can now integrate Zoho Invoice with Zoho People.With this integration, you can push your employees time logs from Zoho People to Zoho Invoice and invoice your customers accordingly.

Advanced Filter for Payment Received Report
You can generate a detailed report on the payments you have received so far. We have introduced an Advanced Filter option for the Payment Received report which is available in the Reports module in Zoho Invoice.
Search Option for Multiple Addresses
Do you manage multiple addresses of your clients? You can now search and select these addresses while creating transactions. We have currently enabled the search option for client addresses more than 10.
Export Transactions based on their Status
You can now export based on the status of your transactions. This saves you from the hassle of exporting all your data and manually segregating them.
Generate Outstanding Amounts in Customer Statements
We have introduced a filter to display the outstanding amount in your customer's Statement of Accounts.
