We would like to request an enhancement for Zoho SalesIQ Zobot: adding an execution log / run history, similar to what already exists in Zoho Flow.

In Zoho Flow, every execution is recorded in the History tab, where it is possible to:

• View each execution separately.

• Filter executions by time range.

• Click into a specific run and see the input and output of every step.

• Easily identify failures and troubleshoot issues.

This level of visibility is extremely helpful when building and maintaining complex automations.

Current Limitation in SalesIQ Zobot:

In Zoho SalesIQ Zobot, there is currently no comparable functionality and as a result:

• We cannot see the sequence of cards the bot went through in a specific run

• There is no visibility into what input was passed to each plug or card.

• Outputs and errors from plugs are not traceable.

• Troubleshooting relies on assumptions and trial-and-error.

Feature Request:

Please introduce a Zobot Execution Log / Run History feature that mirrors the Zoho Flow experience, including:

• A history of Zobot executions per conversation.

• Step-by-step visibility into the cards and logic paths executed.

• Detailed input/output logs for each plug or action.

• Clear error reporting.

• Filters by time range, visitor, or conversation.

Use Case & Benefits:

This would:

• Significantly reduce debugging time.

• Improve reliability for bots using external systems and plugs.

• Make Zobot development more predictable and scalable.

• Align SalesIQ with the strong debugging standards already present in Zoho Flow.

We believe leveraging Zoho Flow as a reference model would make this enhancement both intuitive and extremely valuable for SalesIQ users.
