  •  Zoho CRM has enhanced its blueprints feature, allowing portal users to be owners of blueprint transitions. This change facilitates more efficient processes, enabling portal users to perform transitions that were otherwise possible only for CRM users. Read this post to know more!
  • The Admin tools in Zoho CRM help monitor and remove unused templates, custom views, workflows, and reports to keep the CRM light and within usage limits. Additionally, roles, profiles, and web forms have been added to the scope of the Admin tools. Learn more.

  • Use Deluge to convert leads and ensure that the tags present on the Lead record are carried over to the associated account and contact records using the code shared in this post.
  • Learn how you can use Deluge to compute the deal amount by adding the total cost of the products, including additional charges, and subtracting any product-related discounts. The code shared in this post helps calculate the final deal amount.
  • Whether it is a field update or another trigger option for the workflow rule, you can utilize this code to create a new record in the Invoice module by extracting information from the custom module.
  • Learn how to use functions, to sum up, the individual purchase orders related to a deal. @c.lake mentions a use-case for order fulfillment that requires liaising with two different suppliers, and the suggested Deluge code helps calculate the total value spread across the two POs, thus aiding in completing the cost analysis for a particular order.
