Announcements: 


  • Zoho CRM has updated the list view with several enhancements to provide users with improved navigation options. From contextual quick actions to the ability to save filters, these updates are designed to enhance the user experience. Read the post to understand them in detail.
  •  Keep track of all your call correspondence effortlessly using our new voice recording field. This new field allows you to input your voice recording URLs, making it easier than ever to monitor and manage your calls.
  • Explore the new telephony-related Zia enhancements – Call Transcription, and Call Intelligence. Call Transcription provides transcribed audio recordings of your phone conversations, while Call Intelligence helps you understand the sentiment, intention, and emotion of the call conversation without having to review the transcript.   • Group creation and group details pages in Zoho CRM have gone through a revamp. The focus of this change is to simplify the process of creating groups, adding members, and managing them. Explore them in this post
  • The new email configuration in Zoho CRM comes packed with an array of exciting new features and enhancements like modern authentication support for Microsoft Office365 and Outlook, email backup for IMAP users, and much more.

  • Besides email configuration changes, we got a bunch of enhancements to optimize your experience with emails in Zoho CRM. This includes a threaded view for emails, re-sizable columns in the email-related list, the option to add attachments from different cloud drives, and much more. Learn more 

  • Discover how we have addressed the issue of blank fields in the computing formula field by implementing a fix that now allows the field to remain empty if the value is null, rather than erroneously marking it as 0 which can cause calculation errors. Learn more about this here.

  • CPQ for Zoho CRM: CPQ is a sales tool that enables you to share personalized and precise quotes with customers quickly. Configure product combinations and pricing rules in advance to create tailored quotes, complete with taxes and discounts. It's a game-changing solution for businesses with multiple product lines.
  • PathFinder for Zoho CRM: With PathFinder, you can gain insight into your customers' journeys across various touchpoints and channels, allowing you to understand their interactions with your brand. 
  • SMS Notification for Zoho CRM: Send transactional SMS messages directly to your customers' hand-held devices from your CRM, and set up SMS notifications automation and more.
  • Workflow Rules based on Notes: Trigger workflow rules based on notes in your CRM. Choose to activate rules when a note is added, added or modified, just modified, or deleted. 
  • Voice-based forecast analysis: This feature is a sequel to our previously announced VoC feature, enhancing your ability to analyze customer feedback and make data-driven decisions.

Zoho CRM has recently introduced 10 brand-new features that enhance its core capabilities, covering areas such as field customization and control, analytics, and forecasting.

  • Automatically create a record in a custom module every time a new Deal is generated with the code shared by @Bhoomi 
  • Check out @Hugh's code to learn how to loop through all open meetings using Deluge.
