Zoho CRM : partager vos enregistrements avec les rôles et les groupes
Bonjour à tous,
Comme le savez, un enregistrement individuel peut être partagé avec un maximum de 10 utilisateurs via un partage privé ou avec tous les utilisateurs de l'organisation via un partage public. Avec notre mise à jour, nous avons étendu la possibilité de partager des enregistrements individuels en partage privé. Désormais, vous pouvez partager un enregistrement avec des rôles et des groupes, en plus du partage avec des utilisateurs.
Quelles sont les limites de partage des enregistrements ?
- Partage direct, un enregistrement peut être partagé avec un maximum de 10 utilisateurs, 5 rôles et 5 groupes.
- Partage indirect, un enregistrement peut être partagé avec un maximum de 12 utilisateurs, 5 rôles et 5 groupes.
Suite à cette mise à jour, l'interface des informations de partage est également mise à jour pour afficher les autres catégories : Utilisateurs, Rôles et Groupes.
