Hello all!

Zoho Inventory has been busy this month! It was exciting to see so many product updates get rolled out. Because of your feedback, we were also able to bring you some much-awaited features and fine-tune them over the last few weeks. Lastly, in honor of MSME day, our micro, small, and medium business customers got a huge shoutout. Take a look at all the details in this community digest for June.
 
1. Spotlight

3. Product updates
  • Now collaborate with your team right from the Zoho Inventory interface with the all-new Zoho Cliq integration. This gives you a chat bar at the bottom of your Inventory app so you can keep in touch with your colleagues instantly. Click here to learn more.

  • The all-new Outlook and Zoho Mail integrations with Zoho Inventory allow you to connect with your customers without switching out of your app. Access all your customer communication right from your customer section in Zoho Inventory.

  • Zoho Inventory now has a Tax Collection at Source feature that is accessible from the Bills module. This update is currently available for the Indian edition of Zoho Inventory.

  • A Tax Deducted at Source feature is now also available in the Sales module for the Indian editions of Zoho Inventory. The withheld amount will be made visible in your Invoice template.

  • The newly introduced Expected Delivery Date option in the app helps you to record an expected delivery date during shipment generation. This will now help you to compare the carrier efficiency factors while selecting a carrier.

  • Make stock reconciliation easier using the 'Yet to be Received' and 'Yet to be Shipped' filters from the Bills and Invoices modules respectively. This helps you to easily find out details on stock differences among the items in your inventory.

  • Now add a tracking link to your shipment notification emails to help your customers track their shipments in real time. Add them from the Shipment notification email templates section in Zoho Inventory.
