Zoho Inventory's latest shipping integration updates at a glance.

We would like to share some important news about our latest improvements in the Shipping integration capabilities of Zoho Inventory that we achieved in 2024 with some of our major integration partners in key editions across APAC, North America, LATAM and Africa.
Introducing the latest advanced shipping integration module for Zoho Inventory partnered with Easyship , Envia, Shiprocket, Delhivery, and Courier Guy helping you create shipping label for your carrier accounts in the easiest way possible by accessing them directly from the Zoho Inventory app.
Easyship
Easyship is a cloud-based shipping platform designed to simplify global logistics for ecommerce businesses. The platform enables merchants to ship to over 150 countries and territories by offering access to 50+ courier services. Easyship provides tools for shipping rate comparisons, automated label generation, and seamless integrations with ecommerce platforms and marketplaces.
Envia
Envia is a technology company specializing in logistics and transportation solutions for the ecommerce sector. They offer a multi-carrier shipping platform enabling businesses to import shipping details, compare rates, book shipments, and print shipping labels. Their services include real-time tracking, consumer notifications, and API integrations. With a presence in over 10 countries majorly covering LATAM, USA, and India, Envia supports ecommerce businesses through innovative technological solutions and a global network of strategic partners.
Shiprocket
Shiprocket is an Indian logistics platform that streamlines ecommerce shipping for businesses of all sizes. It offers AI-driven solutions encompassing order fulfillment, shipping, buyer communication, and returns management. The platform integrates with multiple courier partners, providing access to over 25 services and 42 fulfillment centers, enabling businesses to reach customers across the globe. Shiprocket also features automated shipping, real-time tracking, seamless integration with various ecommerce platforms, international shipping and hyper-local services for same-city deliveries.
Delhivery
Delhivery is one of India’s leading logistics and supply chain companies, known for its extensive delivery network and cutting-edge technology solutions. Catering to businesses of all sizes, Delhivery offers services like express parcel delivery, freight, cross-border logistics, and supply chain solutions, covering 18000+ pin codes and offering same-day and next-day delivery options.
Courier Guy
The Courier Guy is a leading South African courier company specializing in last-mile delivery and express parcel services. The Courier Guy provides a range of services, including same-day express, overnight delivery, and economy options, catering to diverse customer needs, also offering real-time tracking and streamlined package management.

How does Zoho Inventory connects with these service providers?
Zoho Inventory, the inventory and order management solution from Zoho had an existing integration with Easyship, Shiprocket and Envia for the past few years as an API consumer model where the label generations were taken care by the third party website, supported by API integrations.
As per the latest updates with Zoho Inventory, all the above mentioned shipping integrations which are shipping aggregator platforms along with Delhivery in India, and Courier Guy from South Africa, helping to manage and minimize the amount of interaction a user has to make with an external website by helping them create these shipments within the Zoho Inventory app itself.
Once the user creates the sales order in Zoho Inventory, they can directly create a package slip and further with the help of the pre-defined parcel types or by providing the dimensions, weight of the package, and the PIN/ZIP codes for delivery accessed from the item information and the sales orders, the system can show multiple shipping carrier options with their rates and delivery options. Upon the selection of shipment service, the system generates a shipping label within the Zoho Inventory app ready to be downloaded, printed, and placed on the package.
On shipment creation, the customer can be informed of the shipment details, including shipping carrier details, tracking number, and tracking links. The sales orders in the Zoho Inventory system will be auto updated or closed based on the delivery status pushed from the shipping platforms, thus reducing manual intervention.

To give you a background, these leads were uploaded or Imported at once but the lead status record was incorrectly chosen.
