You cannot add a second email account eg. a non-Zoho account that could then provide the function of providing a shared mailbox with subfolders
In the Trident desktop app, you cannot even view shared folders
I have found requests going back 10 years for shared mailbox subfolders, so it's clear that Zoho has no intention of releasing this essential business function.
Zoho - you cannot seriously claim to be 'The OS for business' when the core application (email) is missing such vital business functionality.
I'll await the response 'our devs are looking into the feasibility of this'
