So, starting to play more with Zoho People and I was wondering something.

So, the employes we add in Zoho People are taken straight from Zoho ONE in our case.

We set all the information in Zoho People, but this information is not being populated in other Zoho ONE app.

Like in Zoho ONE Directory it’s not being updated.

Zoho CRM it’s not being updated as well.

So, you see a pattern here. I know I could connect the company directory (Entra ID) in this case but would still be missing some information and also I find the synch to be weird the fact that if an account is enable in Entra for the synch to work you need to have a Zoho ONE license available for us.

I can see many error happening this way.

So what would be the best way to have the Zoho People information about employee be the go to source for everything Zoho ONE.

Zoho People is integrated with the other Zoho application, but it doesn’t have a section for the employee information. For instance integration with Zoho CRM is only to see Leads, Accounts, contacts and deal.

Any advice on how to manage this would be greatly appreciated.

Also just starting to play with Zoho People so I might be missing something.

Maybe the solution would be to make a deluge script to copy stuff over ?
