CRM subforms data in zoho analytics ?
Hi, it seems the subforms data inside a zoho crm module (as in deals for example) is not importing in Zoho analytics. is that correct ? and if so , any roadmap on that feature ?Reporting on multi-select picklist data
I'm wondering how others have solved this problem: My company has a number of "strategic goals" that we attach to various potentials as they come in. So, a potential can tick off none, one, or more than one of these as it moves through the pipeline. Let's call them by fruit names: Apple, Banana, Cherry, Durian. The data then appear as a comma separated list in the field for that question. New to Zoho and starting to get my head round everything, so far I am very impressed and can't wait to get fluent. I apologise if I am being stupid but is it possible to change the currency in a report. Dear Zoho Team, I want to offer the same dashboard to different companies, and in my architechture each company data resides in a dedicated MySQL database. So I would like to be able to embed the same dashboard and pass as embedding parameter the proper databsource related to the db of the specific company. Is it doable? I think not. So I thought to a different solution: I duplicate the dashboard for each company. But surprise: I neither cannot fond a Duplicate/copy button for my dashboard! The pricing page of Analytics claims that the data sync interval is hourly without pinpointing specific applications. The shortest interval on the Data Setup page for data sync settings is "3 hours". Hi, I am trying to create the pareto chart of "Total % of profit" and "total profit" by product sub-category. I came across the following issues and was wondering if there is another approach. In a report, you can create a "% of Total" calc for measure. However, how do you make it cumulative? Which is the Pareto curve in orange (below graph shows). I have created a table using the summary view, but I cannot find how to add a total to the columns. You can easily do this in the pivot view, but you lose the ability to do conditional formatting in the pivot view. The theme in the summary view appears to show a total row, but no total exists. Hello, I'm working on reports from CRM data. I 've some customs modules and 2 linking modules automatically created by a mulit-select lookup field in the layout of modules. I've found when using the Import Data function (Import Files and Feeds) in Zoho Reports to import json data from a site's API server, that when I use version 1.0 of the source's RESTful API (versions are the Swagger revision numbers) I get all the data but many of the records are duplicated, and if I use version 1.1 then I get the correct number of records, but I only get the first level of data and all of the arrays and nested objects are missing. Hi, I understand lookups using the date column is not currently supported. The reason for my request is to join a Transaction fact table to a Time dimension table using the date column. The work around I can think of would be to use a Time Key which is an integer made up of the date (e.g. 13 December 2012 would be 20121213) and ensure that the dates in the Transaction fact have the Time Key value rather than the actual date value. I did a data synchronization of ZOHO CRM to ZOHO Analytics where I unmarked a some tables in the synchronization, this action deleted graphics, dashboards and querys in my ZOHO Analytics account. In the trash are my graphics, dashboards and querys but I can't restore. I received this error: Sorry, view(s) cannot be restored.
