Too Many Portals
We use many of the Zoho applications such as Books, Desk, Subscriptions Each one has a portal. So for our customers to get what they want to know, they have to login to each portal separately. This is not user friendly at all. Our customers should be able to login to a single place and we should be able to determine what they can and cannot do within each application. Community Forum Navigation Suggestion
The new UI of the Community forums looks nice and refreshing. Great job! One suggestion I do have is to make it easier for users navigating through many posts to not lose their place. When scrolling through topics and then after reading a specific thread, when browser Back button is used. It always navigates back to the top of the forum list. Feature Request - Multiple Account Login / Account Switching e.g., Google
Hi, I would like to request Zoho enable multiple account handing. The current SSO process is extremely, extremely frustrating as someone who needs regular, frequent access to multiple accounts. I understand Zoho's tagline "One Account. Access All Services" but I don't see why people can't have the option to switch accounts. Google is probably the best example of this. Product for resource scheduling and viewing users skills
Hi there, I was wondering if Zoho have any plans to create a resource scheduling tool similar to Float? https://www.float.com/ We use Float in our organisation, and have not yet come across an alternative that might work the same way. Just an idea for future consideration. We essentially want to be able to see across the organisation what all of our staff are up to, in a snapshot / calendar schedule view. I've had a Zoho account for several years, but have mainly used Google for email, docs and file storage due to convenience. [Security concern] Don't show if a username exists
Hi, It would be much better from a security perspective if you won't show if a username doesn't exist. By confirming that an account does not exist, it is implied that when the message is not shown the account, does exist. This creates opportunities for hackers to brute force and find all possible e-mail-addresses that exist on the Zoho servers. It is unnecessary to show if an account exists or not. Add more themes (darker)
Hi, I have found a couple of topics that requested darker or at least different themes. Currently the 6 default themes (in zoho mail) are extremely limited. Not only is a white background much more energy consuming it also is more strainful to the eyes. Even as long as four years ago you already promised that you would look into creating more options. Using tasks
Hi, One thing that frustrates me.... When I'm working a task off the home screen, there doesn't seem to be a way to link to the parent company the task is associated with. I'm having to open the task, then search for the parent company to get their background info, read history etc... and then go back into the task. Zoho good but a mess!
Zoho is great! I just started using it and the range, depth and functionality of the apps is excellent. BUT I find the lack of a proper overview (like a Desktop or Workspace) really frustrating. The Account login suggests using Mail for an "integrated view" but at the moment I am not even using the Mail application very much. The closest thing is the Dashboard view but again this is tucked away within Mail, where it really does not belong. I'd like to see the Dashboard (Desktop, Workspace, Cockpit
Implement two-factor signon without using Google, Yahoo or Facebook
One incentive for me to consider using Zoho is that it hasn't been the subject of anyone's misgivings about privacy and data aggregation policies (as far as I know). However, when it comes to signing on to Zoho on an untrusted computer without giving away my login details to a keylogger, the only possibilities seem to be the various forms of two-factor authentication offered by the Google, Yahoo or Facebook signon's, and all three of these have attracted controversy at one time or another over privacy
Show Posts in My Area before Moderation
I made a number of posts, but apparently until they are approved I can't revisit them. The Zoho Forums "My Area" (https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/myarea/myposts) should show posts even prior to approval. (And if not approved that would be a convenient place for a moderator to indicate why.)

I would like to use Zoho Mail, Zoho Task, and Zoho Calendar in an integrated way that is described in the time management book titled, The One Minute To-Do List, by Michael Linenberger.
