Zoho desktop is frozen on Power on mode. I click it but nothing happens. Tried re-starting but that didn’t help. I need help!Can't use Visa card on Zoho website

Hello, I have just come to know that there is a "China data server". My business is based in China, all my settings are set to China, including timezones and addresses etc, right from the start. Zoho offers many apps which seems GREAT at first. Most of the apps are very basic functionality. It's great that you offer the apps for mobile devices but in the end most of the usable functionality is very basic. Let me do some administrative functions (ideally ALL OF THEM) from the apps. Hello, in trying to use Zoho Mail Desktop Lite I found out 1) I can use my normal password, not an application-specific password even though I am using Two-Factor Login 2) I need to log in two times, the first time it returns me to another login screen 3) When it finally logs in the interface is too small to read or write emails. Hi , Please see the attached video , your 2FA implementation is flawed . We can reuse an OTP multiple times , also your window of acceptance is too large . More over you should mask the OTP entry ( or perhaps give an option to see it momentarily to the user ) Please fix these issue , all your customers are impacted , this impacts all your applications and entire platform . Hi, We are tyring to change the Primary Email on our account, but there is an issue preventing us from doing this. When entering the new email address, enquiries@lmconcretegarage.co.uk. we get a message saying "Email ID Already Exists."
