I really need to set up a system for tracking business tasks, my staff and I were doing really well with the Connect program. The only issue I had was I could not set a task to repeat. It became enough of an issue that I had to go back to Projects, but Projects isn't quite what I need. Someone told me a while back that they were planning to add this feature, but they didn't know when it would be available. Do you have any idea when I will be able to set recurring tasks using Connect? Please givesending email to groups from non-user (to validate the email address!)
Hi, I'm trying to setup an email system to send an email to one of our groups using the group id email. But it is coming from an email other than a group member and failing. So I then tried to set it up to be forwarded from my account (a custom domain gmail account) but gmail sends a verification too, from another email address - so that doesn't arrive either. Is there any way at all to send emails to a group from a non-member address? If not, how do I validate an email like this? Thanks JohnZoho Connect to Zoho Books.

Hello, with the Export function I can only export the conversations and manuals but I cannot export the file section (all the documents). Is there any possibility to do so? I am asking because I got the information that Zoho does not provide any restoration support in case something goes wrong and therefore I would like to save also the documents. I also tried integrations to synchronize back and forth, but unfortunately I can only upload documents to Zoho. Also Zoho Docs cannot be integrated withZoho Connect

Hello, I'm planning on using Zoho Connect as a suggestion box here all ideas can manifest without being linked to as specific user. I'm wondering if there is a way to hide who posts on the application. I was unable to find such a feature. The closest that I can do is to have users change their name to something else but even then, everyone can see your email info and I plan to have users access using their work email. So I've created a board in Zoho Connect to manage my work plan in one place. As the admin, I have not assigned any members to the board, does this mean that my board is private?
