Zoho forms formatting
I'm having quite a bit of difficulty with the Formatting of Zoho Forms. Because each of the form elements can't be placed where ever we want them, and can only be stacked on top of each other, our simple forms are now very cumbersome and much, MUCH longerLogic in Dynamic Naming

Hi, In a Dropdown setup as Grouped Options, today you can copy/paste a group but not the entire fields groups, so with tens of groups this takes a time as as today we can't reference another forms entries this is the main way to give a list of standardOption to make a Checkbox work like a Radio

I'm not sure why you wouldn't have these integrations in Zoho Forms. You have them on Zoho Survey, but not Forms.Zohoforms ${zf:ADDED_EMAILID} for zapier.
Hi, If a user is using ZohoForms iOS app to submitted the form, I understand that we pull out the user email by using ${zf:ADDED_EMAILID}. However, if we are using Zapier to integrate, how can we pull out this information? It would be good that you could add first name and last name to the users. Hi, I have a number of customer contacts I need to make to ask them to update their contact details & confirm some booking details. The easiest way to do this is to prefill a form, so they can correct only the contact details that have changed and pick dates for events (etc). However, the only way to share a prefilled form appears to be via inserting the forms link in individual emails. This is too labour intensive -- when individual emails are already able to "mail merge" variables when sendingFree up Space on zoho forms
Hi, we are getting messages that our space is 90% full but i delete all entries from the forms and still they mark that example on form is 140 plus mb but it has 0 entries, why is that is i delete all entries and data from that form? is been 4 days sincePrice increases

Dear Zoho Corp., among other activities we provide maintenance for wastewater and rainwater plants. I was trying to set up a checklist module for each one of them to address the specific activities that has to be performed on each plant. Firstly, I love all zoho products, they have made my life so much easier. Some of the forms I collect, will gather various dates. I would like to use the dates collected to trigger reminders. Eg if a due date is collected I would love to be able to set up an email trigger several days prior to the due date, and then again on the due date. I have subscriptions for Zoho Recruit and Zoho Forms. I have built a new candidate registration form in Zoho forms. I have used this as it gives me the ability to include logical questioning and can be easily shared through social media etc. This is superior to the forms that are available in Zoho Recruit. You announced the possibility to integrate Zoho Recruit and Zoho Forms with Zapier. I have done this and found it an excellent and easy app to set up for a person with limited skills. I was looking at the new Zoho forms, and sadly there was no integration option with recruit. I was looking for a way to map fields from Recruit into the form. Then have it setup so that once a form was submitted, I could have a field updated in Zoho Recruit, as well as have a PDF of the signed/executed document archived in the candidate record, as well as e-mailed to the candidate and recruiter. The goal being to automate the forms collection process from candidates (RTR's, HR/Onboarding forms, etc.).2 different forms created but both show the same PDF title
Hi there, We use 2 forms for online payroll time sheets. One is named Crew timesheet and the other is named Performers timesheet but when emailed to the end users it shows Crew as the title of the file even if its from the Performers timesheet. I have a form tht I create. It is fairly large in scope, but it loads extremely slowly (mostly not at all) on ipads or tablets, but loads perfectly fine on any desktop computer. Hi! I just noticed that the PDF generated by a Zoho Form is editable by any PDF editor, or in other words, the PDF doesn't have the security setting that prevents edits enabled. I've been checking out the PDF settings offered by Zoho Forms and it looks like this setting isn't available. Would it be possible to configure the PDF so that it's not editable? Thanks!Next Page
