I am loving the Zoho Mail Android app and I'm looking forward to future development. Hi All, To change Display Name Login to https://www.zoho.com/mail Select Settings >> (select) Send Mail As Highlight and click the 'Edit' icon across the particular email address under 'From Addresses List' In the 'Display Name' text box, provide the desired Display Name Click 'Update' to save the changes. You may have to provide your external SMTP password, in case you are updating the Display name for an external from address. Also, refer Send Mail As help for more information.Merge tickets on mobile app

Currently, this feature is not functioning properly. It doesn't seem to use Zip Code or state abbreviations (NY, NJ, etc). In the USA, these basic search features are how we enter information. My sales team REALLY needs to be able to see other fields besides Last & First name when scrolling through their list. The android version has the capability to group the leads and contacts by other fields and that works perfect! ZOHO AppCreator is fantastic. Although Barcode and QR Code field data entry is great features, they do require good light to work. Hello. I'm not sure why the mobile sync only downloads email in plain text, when other services utilizing ActiveSync are able to sync html, but if that could be resolved it would be wonderful. Searching cases in the mobile app is pretty useless. It would be better if you could find all cases related to an Account. You can already see all potentials, notes, attachments, etc. that are related to an Account. I am generally pleased with ZCRM 1.0 for Android. I think it is a pretty solid release and it does the core functions that I need it to do (Log calls, provide access to contact, account and potential details) However, one thing I strongly feel needs to be addressed is some way to add alerts for tasks and/or meetings. I have not been able to get any of my tasks to produce and alert on my Android phone. My meeting alerts are limited to pop-ups through my Google calendar as displayed on my phone. SinceTasks App?
