Don't add currency to all templates
Zoho chooses to force us to have fields when creating a template. Currency is definately one we do not need on templates that are not related to money. It forces us to have to hide the field through other functions (it can not be removed). That in turn will affect how the module layout works as other features are affected by the hidden field. Please eliminate this (and possibly other) default required fields.
Ability to have permissions on integration to others besides portal owner.
One of the things that small businesses need is the ability to allow other users to access certain portions of the Zoho administration without needing to be the portal owner. One of these is the integration with Projects and slack. I think it would be a good idea to allow the portal users to define who has access to integrations with other software. This will allow the portal user (who is usually the owner of the company) to give the permission to another person who might have the time to work on

If you look at a Project you can see all the associated transactions. But if you are going through purchase orders or invoices etc., there is no way to even see that they are asociated with a Project. Please consider adding a field to purchase order, invoice so the user can see if it's associated with a project (should show the project name). Thank You

Add description field to each workflow
hello, I have a workflow that has 25 different conditions. Different actions happen based on the criteria set for each condition iteration. 25, and that still doesn't cover 5% of my requirments. Now The WF itself has a descriptions, but it will be more wonderful if we can get description fields for each condition so you know that the differences are and how they differ, and how they affect your whole workflow. You already have this going in Blueprint where eeach transition has its own descriptions.

After few months of following all apps websites (especially What's New section) I can say for sure that opening 20 tabs every week just to check whether there are any new features is quite annoying. Therefore, I would like to suggest creating one, common section for all apps with all news from Zoho One. It's not a big deal but it would be very helpful. Cheers
