Can bugs be changed to tasks?
Sometimes bugs posted will be Change Request (CR). Is there way to convert the posted bugs into Task in the Task list? If not, this is the useful feature, please provide at the earliest. Thanks, Anand
Re-ordering cards in Kanban view
I can't seem to be able to reorder the cards in Kanban view within a column (IE, I want to put the more important "Open" things on the top). Every time I try to drag and drop, it just yells at me "Moving Bugs within the same board will not change their order in list view." I thought I was able to do this at one point, but maybe not.
Project Tasks sync to Individual Tasks
I am curious if tasks created and assigned in Zoho Project will show up in the individuals task list? Also, if it can, when a user updates the status of that task from the individual app, will it show up with the changes in the Project tasks? Thanks in advance for the help. Tim

Hi there, I have several projects. Each have their own Bug identifier letters. For example for project A I have PA as bug identifier and the bugs are named PA1, PA2, etc. I'd like to know if there's a way I can create the bug's URL based on the bug number (PA1). Don't automatically change end date
When I change the start date of a task, don't friggin change the end date! If I want to change the end date, I WILL!!!! Perhaps you can OFFER to do it, but don't do it without asking! Cannot add existing user to a Project (Portal vs Client users???)
I have 4 admin users registered to Zoho CRM. 3 of them come up as portal users and one comes up as a client user. When i try to add the client user to existing projects the request goes through but nothing happens. When i try to import user from CRM i get the same error. We did not have to set anything specific for the first 3 users to view the existing and new projects. The user which is having issues viewing the projects was also added the same way. Please help clarify what needs to be done

How can I export bugs from Zoho
One of our clients that we have been tracking bugs within Zoho Projects for are moving to Jira. I know about the Export function but that does not export the bugs and all the commnets within the bugs. Please advise if there is a way to export to a CSV file to then provide to the client. One additional complicating factor is that obviously we have multiple clients in our instance of Zoho and we are looking to export only one.
Sorting in bug Tracker
Is there a way to set a sort order on the main bug screen. I'd love for my guys to see: 1 just their tickets. 2 order those tickets by severity 3 order those tickets by status Or something along those lines. Currently I have added a priority field (1-25) so they have an idea what situations need the most attention once assigned.

Problem with emailing comments to a ticket?
Emailing for the first time to my ticket will upload the comment correctly. Such as: But, when I send another comment, the email address is remembered by my email program, so the email looks like this: Notice the "saved" email in the CC. It is the same address. But, for some reason, this comment will not save. I get returned from Zoho instead: We are unable to process this email. WHY DID THIS HAPPEN? Currently, we struck up with retrieving the data of resolved bugs by the developer. We can't able to extract who have resolved the bug. Since the bug is fixed, it will be routed to the bug reporter. Hence assignee will be bug reporter. So we couldn't able to retrieve the resolved person. Please address this. Let me know for any clarifications.

Free version - - deleted project, and now cannot add one

Dropbox integration says account already exists
I am in projects. I go to documents. I go to dropbox. I click configure dropbox sync. the only option is configure new dropbox account. click that and a window opens asking for permission for the app to access it. agree and it says account already exists and only allows me to close.
Prioritising Bugs
I am trying to prioritise bugs for my engineers, but I can't find a way of re-ordering the bugs in priority order, except by fudging it with due dates which I don't want to do. I can reorder the bugs on the Kanban board, but this doesn't seem to be saved anywhere.
