Binocular function on new version is not available or disappeared. The new features of the Binocular button for candidate general view and search view was extremely time effective and well received. Hi there, I'm finding that my business is becoming more candidate led and that I am now reverting to Excel spreadsheets to track where I am sending candidates instead of Zoho. This isn't good. Zoho is Client/Vacancy led and assumes that there is a live job to put candidates against. 50% of the UK recruitment market is Candidate led where we have a good candidate and speculatively sell them into many clients even if there is no existing job. I've started to create jobs with existing clients entitledSearching for candidates or contacts
I would like to have a search box always visible that i can use to search candidates or contacts. Right now if I click on candidate name to search the Filter choices come up on the left side, but it is primarily last name. i would prefer a search candidate box, always available and be able to search first name, last name, or key word.Assessments

When you receive a call if you're not looking at your Zoho browser tab (it's open but you're on linkedin) you basically have no way of knowing if a call is coming in unless you're also wearing the headset. The needs to be a very prominent pop up to let you know - very frustrating.Recruit ,Meeting

Ability to save filtered views similar to Zoho CRM featureZoho Sign Templates With Recruit Integration
Trying to setup templates that are "fillable" and "signable" with Zoho Sign and are available in Zoho recruit. If I setup a template in Zoho sign it does not show up anywhere in Zoho recruit when I try to send a candidate a document to sign. It only gives me options to use a document template from within Zoho, but this requires that we enter the fillable field such as text and check boxes each time a document goes out. Anyone have experience with this?Import CV by API

hello, I would like to know, and I am sure I am not the only one, wondering why support for this product has a habit of blaming outside forces on problems and only once a customer ( please re-read that word Support, CUSTOMER) has to play monkey in the middle to get you to admit it was your issue. I created a bunch of searches and now they are no longer relevant. I do not see how to delete expired searches. Some of these things like job openings seem to be held in a cache rather than be deleted. The next best solution would be to have an "All" search be the default. I do not know how to do that. Is there a way to add a Custom Field Type of 'Image ' in the Candidates and Contacts Module? When I go to Setup -> Custom Fields ->Candidates->New Custom Field...there is no field type of 'Image'. What I'm actually attempting to do is be able to add a displayable Image to the Candidates Profile, other than the fixed Avatar at the top.
