Is it possible to update multiple work items at once?
Hi, Is it possible to update the statuses/release tags of multiple work items at once? I came across this thread that says it's not possible at the moment, but it was related to the Sprints mobile app. Does this feature not exist in the website as well?How I can change multiple tasks in Sprints app in Zoho

Currently, Item description textarea uses type of WYSIWYG editor where you highlight text and are given the option bold, italicize, etc. It's a bit difficult to use and error prone. Something that would help our team write thorough, clear descriptions is full markdown support in the text area. Not a Hybrid WYSIWYG/Markdown, but just a text area that supports all markdown. When we want to set Task, Story, etc. from the Backlog to create a new Sprint. We only have the option to « Item type ascending ». That search is very basic and limited, you can't even look by status, custom field, etc. What would be needed is something like Zoho Project use. All, Does someone know how to disable the message "Given URL blocked for this team. Try after sometime."? This is very annoying. Zoho told me this occurs when more than 50 mouseclicks are done in 2 minutes. Sprints gets blocked for one hour. This really harms the progress in our team. We currently use Trello, mainly because of the Column Kanban like structure. Each of our project is a 'trello card' with the relevant details inside such. The layout and the ease of use is great - as we turn over many many projects (Jobs) per week. We use Trello to track all our workshop jobs in the building. So, our company paints brake calipers and we use cards in Trello to represent customer jobs. We use the lists to represent each stage the job us at physically in the building. Here is a snapshot of part of the process, although, there are 40 stages in total to our processes. We use Zoho Sprints to manage fixed scope projects divided into sprints, where the backlog and the estimates of the whole project are known prior to begin development. The Burndown Chart is great to monitor the Sprint progression, but it does not permit to track an overall project progression. It would be great to have an overall project burndown, which would look like the sprint backlog but with the dates from the first day of the fist sprint to the forecast end of project, and would take into accountIncrease user story title/name length.
We have been using Zoho Sprints for a few projects, and it is a great tool. There is a simple improvement that would really help us and make the tool better : to expand the work items title/name max length. For most of our work items, we type the typical user story pattern, for example : "As a User, I want to click the submit button in order to create a new entry". Hi Zoho Team, We have started using new "Epic" feature and found it really useful. If you could plan to add following enhancements to this feature then we think that it will make it more useful. 1). We have big stories and small stories part of the big stories. Importing our work items there is a parentid. I tried to put there the parent stories id. Still when looking for the small stories inside the big ones there is nothing. I suppose the parent id is only for tasks and bugs?
