Novell GroupWise is an Email-client Platform and have a good strength of users in some of them are full convinced with its conceptual plan but many of them oppose and fully involved in finding the best way to transfer their data to Exchange server. Novell GroupWise is reliable and trustworthy application but some time it become drawback of this software for instance a file created on one GroupWise system cannot be used by another system using same GroupWise platform in same organization, but userWiki future Functions
Dear Zoho Wiki team , While other Zoho apps are moving fast except for Zoho Wiki , but still many are waiting for Zoho Wiki, here are a few questions and my idea for future Wiki : - What is likely month for new Wiki and as part of Zoho one soon .... hopefully it is very soon - Currently ,guest public to read , but we need guest with permission to read or comments , need acocunts to log in, but not counted as wiki user. It should be similar to Desk -Intergration to other Zoho apps such as chatMarkdown for Pages
Justification: Github Pages has turned markdown into the lingua franca of rapid content creation. A large subset of developer now know & regularly use markdown for quick writeups of internal docs, wiki-style pages, etc. Ability to author pages in some flavor of markdown would be a big value-added for us on Zoho Projects. Other comments: Non-breaking UI for this could be implemented by extending the "Toggle HTML Source" button in the top-right to be a drop-down.Folder support for pages
We are migrating over from Basecamp 3 to Zoho Projects. We were used to work with intuitive project pages on Basecamp (called "Docs and Files" on Basecamp by default) where the user can directly see the folder structure and the documents themselves presented on the folders. Please refer to the attached image. Projects is utilizing Zoho Wiki in the background but the folder and content presentation doesn't make itself clear to the user. The presentation used is not an intuitive one and makes the userCRM PLUS & WIKI

Zoho Wiki doesn't have tabulator functionality. Formatting Wiki without tabulator makes the page unorganized and messy looking. This was in 2010 already the topic for Zoho Writer, then they got it solved there. So it should also be possible in Zoho Wiki. Do you have this tabulator / tabstop function in your roadmap? Also for the Wiki in Zoho Projects?Are there Wiki templates for different purposes?

The first thing you want to do once you create a Wiki is to invite people to collaborate with you. I am sure that capability exists but the UI should be intuitive enough to help you find that in the first 5 minutes after you have created the Wiki. ZOHO wiki support: PLEASE, please, please add support for more i-frame features!!! I'm making significant use of ZOHO Creator forms and HTML views in my wiki site, and I'm not happy about the severe limitations of how widgets (i-frames) are pasted in. Is there a possibility of future functionality, for sectional editing in the wiki - so I don't have to scroll all the way up to the Edit button to add content? Mediawiki has this functionality - RandySave button at the bottom of each window

I was able to insert a widget for <iframe> tags and embed my public Google Calendar into a wiki page. I am not a Google Apps business customer, just a regular free user of a Google Account, so I don't think I can sync my Google Calendar with Zoho Projects' calendar.Social Widgets

At the organizational level here: I'd like to see a number of settings that the admin can override for all wikis in the list; Typical ones would be themes, headers and footers, at least one custom side-panel element, CSS, robots, and some super-set of permissions. The ability to click on "Pages" and then to export them all to .pdf is really useful. However, it will be better if there was support for folders (perhaps aligned to sub-pages by default) or to order those pages. What is holding me from using Zoho Wiki for one of the projects is it's url structure. I would like to see the hierarchical uri structure for subpages (domain.com/main-category/sub-category/sub-category) Google Sites has this feature but does not allow custom css. Zoho Wiki allows custom css but lacks sub pages structure in uri. I have repeated subpages title for each subcategories and existing uri structure Zoho Wiki offers is not the solution for me.Subpage listing parameters

The wiki file cabinet page needs to have a couple more options besides "add file". Does it not make sense to also have "Add Zoho Document"? I find it rather obtuse to make a document in Zoho Writer, save it to my desktop, and then upload back to the wiki. ALSO, if I open a document in a file cabinet, should there not be an option to open it online in zoho writer? This flys against the whole idea of working 100% online.Documents and Folders

I'd like to have a sign-in widget to place on any page of my wiki. The tiny sign-in link at the bottom of the page is often not found, especially if I have a very looooooooooooong wiki page. This way, I can make it more obvious where to click. Thus clicking the link in the widget would invoke the same floating sign-in box:We are sorry, you may have typed the incorrect address, or the page may be no longer exists.
When a user hits a non-existent page, they get this message: "We are sorry, you may have typed the incorrect address, or the page may be no longer exists." Can you support Google Webmaster tools? This allows us to check crawl stats, visitor stats, and other useful data. This requires a verification process where we add a meta tag or special html file. Clearly I cannot add a meta tag to the site header. So I tried to make the special html file (new page>google77c34e6175ad5d31 for example). But the verification fails, I'm guessing because the site url I see is actually a masked ZOHO site. Support for ZOHO Wiki via the forums has traditionally been rather slow. There are unanswered posts and discussion threads that remain unresolved in my opinion. Therefor, I'd like to propose that ZOHO Wiki follow the best practice of ZOHO Creator and make a Community Driven Features section where we propose, discuss, and then vote on topics. Please add an button that strips all html tags to the WYSIWYG editor. We are pasting content in from SharePoint, and it's carrying over crazy Sharepoint CSS tags that make no sense to ZOHO wiki. Thus, if we had a quick way to convert this to plain text, it would help reformatting and save time. The same thing happens when you paste from Word and probably other sources.
