Wiki: how to move pages in the tree
Hi, I'd like to know if it's possible to move a subpage from the "tree leaf A" to the "tree leaf B". The only way I found is to copy the subpage in the new place and then delete the original one. But it seems a bit absurd to me. Can you help me? Thank you!

Am I imagining things or are my eyes playing tricks on me? Maybe around 2-3 weeks ago, the Wiki section of the homepage contained numerous examples of user-created wikis. Now, they have disappeared, and all (?) users are directed to a wiki/register page, prompting the creation of a wiki. What gives people at Zoho? Hi, I searched for this question but have seen no recent queries in a year now. I am wondering if I can add Youtube and/or flash videos to Zoho Wiki Pages? If I can, how may I do so? We are looking to move our wiki to another solution and we have many pages such as this http://support.d-tools.com/SI5/002Product_Overview Which contain videos. We are interested in using this solution, but without the capability to add videos this would be a show stopper. Thank you for any help you can provide.

Yes, I know this is answered in your help files and elsewhere on the net, but I can't seem to add anybody to my Wiki. I went to Wiki>Settings>Users It always says No users were shared And there is no option to add users that I can see.
how do I create collapse/expand sections in a wiki?
We need to support collapse/expand text sections (like "+" "-" on many web sites). We can do it with JavaScript - but Zoho wiki does not seem to allow it. Is there a widget we can use? If not can you create one? So, can we use Zoho for this?

Hi, I'd like to use the Zoho API to create lots of wiki pages, set appropriate permissions on them. This is part of migrating a legacy wiki to Zoho. I've been researching the API docs a lot, but can't seem to find what I need. Is this really impossible ?

I am using the free 3 user Wiki as a trial and have been able to add one user but when I try to add another user I see the error message "no such user"
Move some wiki subpages to another wiki
Hello, I created a wiki on ZOHO (it is great) under the address username.wiki.zoho.com. Then I created another wiki specific for a project at my job. The wiki has another address projectname.wiki.zoho.com. I want to move several pages from my first wiki to my project wiki. Is it possible to move the pages directly from one to another without having to cut and paste the html code. Thank you for your answers. Nicolas.
Permissions not applying correctly
I have created a Zoho user for which I want just basic 'view' access for a particular workspace on my wiki. I have set that user up to have the permissions that I want as follows (I'm referring to the user 'greenidcustomer'): However, when I log in as this user, I still have the ability to edit, create, delete and comment on pages. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong or what else is needed to make this work?
How to send an email to the registered users of my Wiki?

Storage space limit reached but cannot upgrade
I have reached the 50.0MB storage space limit on my free wiki but when i click on the upgrade i get sent to ZOHO mail subscription page which doesn't seem to have anything to do with my wiki. How do i increase the storage space available to my wiki?

Dynamic Sub page list
Hi, I am looking to display a list of a root pages sub pages within the content area. Basically the drop down portion of the navigation bar. At the moment I am linking to them manually, this makes cleaning up after I have moved a page or created a new page a little arduous. Is there a dynamically updating feature that I can use? I am testing out your wiki to see if it is something we would like to transfer our current wiki to. While playing around with it, I have created a list of questions and or issues that I would like addressed before we make a decision. Importing Word Documents to the Wiki
I have a problem with importing word documents that i have created to the Wiki...some of the information at the end of the word document gets cut off when on the Wiki. Can anyone explain why and how i can upload them without this happening? Thanks

Is it possible to be notified via RSS or any other means when another user places a comment on any of your Wiki pages? Of course it would also be great to have an e-mail notification option for all changes but I see that this has already been requested. It's a great product please keep it coming!
Can't attach an external stylesheet
Hi, whenever I try to attach an external stylesheet to my wiki via 'workspace' > 'settings' > 'customisation' the stylesheet is not picked up when the wiki is viewed in my browser(s). I did some digging using Chrome's browser development tools and noticed that the stylesheet is not getting loaded because of the following error: "Resource interpreted as stylesheet but transferred with MIME type text/plain" Seems to me this is something in the way the zoho server is serving this file... can someone

Move an entire wiki to a different wiki

Applying CSS
Hi, I have tried everything I can think of to apply a new/Custom CSS including simple ones, turning the background red as well as modifying the default http://wiki.zoho.com/_zoho/styles/dark/style.css. None of these CSS show up on the web pages. The only way it works is to paste in the CSS directly to the page ... which kinda defeats the point. thanks for a pointer in the right direction. -james
Is automatic linking possible?
I use a wiki to teach languages. I was wondering if zoho would automatically link grammatical terms to a glossary defn. So...for instance, every time the word "noun" appears, the wiki would automatically link that term to another page that explains it. Anything like that available? or would I have to tag each individual term?
Share Google Videos?
We use Google Apps and want to share Google videos on our domain within our Zoho Wiki. I've tried various options with the gadgets and adding iframes but it doesn't seem to like it. Can you confirm that the wiki doesn't support Google Videos on Google Apps? If so, is this on the roadmap.

how to log into wiki on custom domain
I have set up a cname record and set the custom domain to the primary domain. when I log in at wiki.zoho.com I am redirected to my custom domain but at this point I am not logged in anymore and view the wiki as a public user with no admin/edit options. I can get to http://wiki.zoho.com/mywiki.do but again any of the menu options redirect to the custom domain and at this point I am not logged in anymore. how do you log into a wiki on a custom domain??
Can't use Wiki markup in Zoho Wiki?
I'm trying to develop a wiki page structure for my project, but traditional wiki markup language (such as [[ ]] for crosslinking, etc) does not work - it shows up as plain text when the page is saved. Is it possible to set-up a page that you cant click and actually view whats in the page. I want to use the page only as a Category in the Navigate Pages panel. Only the pages under it can be clicked to view the page contents

Purchased additional storage but it is not showing up
Hello, We purchased an additional 5GB of storage for our wikis, but they still appear to be capped at 1GB. Also, we deleted a number of files, and emptied the Trash, but the disk space usage is reported as being the same. We cannot post any new attachments, so please contact us as soon as possible.
