Capitalization of first letter in a sentence
I encountered multiple times that the auto-capitalization feature of the first letter in a sentence did not search for a period at the end of the current sentence. I think this should be a requirement before suggesting the capitalization of the first letter on the next line of type. Just an idea! For what it's worth. Otherwise, Writer is an excellent program.
Adding comments to Document templates
I would like to ask for a feature request which can be useful for the blog post templates. I've created a template with subheadings that is required for blog posts. (For E.g. Introduction, Heading1, Heading2, Heading3, Conclusion). Open Workdrive sync'd files in Windows app

Alphabetical sorting needed in Docs
It is ridiculous that folder contents can not be sorted alphabetically in Zoho Docs on the Web. It is frustrating and time consuming to have to scroll down a jumbled list of files looking for the one you want, rather than going straight to it. The available options of sorting by Last Opened, Date Modified or Created Time do not help at all. I would imagine that alphabetical sorting is a basic requirement for most users.
Zia Word Repitition Count & Document Word Targets
Hi, Just a couple of quick ideas...... Would it be possible for Zia to count word repitition when he/she/it does the grammar checks? Ignoring stop words like and/it/or/is but giving counts for repeated words. Are you thinking about offering a document word target option at all? Open second window
Writer is often my word processor of preference, more agile than Word, able to read docs on my iPhone unlike Apple Pages, better formatting and interface than Google Docs etc. And the collaboration functionality is best of class. But one limiting drawback is... I often need to edit two docs, or two versions, side by side, and it appears that I can't do this in Writer. There does not appear to be a way to open a second window without losing the window that is open. Most other writing applications
Writer fonts
I think it would help Writer be accepted as a competitor to Word, Apple Pages etc, if it included a more 'standard' selection of fonts e.g. Times New Roman, Helvetica, Arial, Avenir etc. Many organisations have a house style for their documents and communications. To use one of the Google fonts offered changes that house style. I think Writer would look more credible as a competitor if it offered at least a few of the well known 'standards' in its font menu.

I would like to see Google drive integration. With full directory syncing not just one directory/files within a directory. I cannot use the Zoho Docs app for Windows because it will always map to Zoho Docs, instead of my companies network drive / main file location. Zoho writer - interface with editor on the right
I haven't used Zoho for years, but I recall a better interface, as described here : "document listing on the left, editor on the right, multiple documents as tabs, etc" That - the editor on the right, is what I liked about it compared to Google Docs. Hi, This is a suggestion but also a kind of request. I was wondering if it was possible to add any further type of sorting documents. For example, it would be very useful sorting by alphabetical order or by date (written in the name of the folder), from oldest to newest. Adding images to a document
I am trying out Zoho and when adding images to Zoho Writer file there were two options for the file location; 1) Upload 2) URL Why can you not grab one from your Zoho Documents folder? Currently you would have to download the image from the documents folder and then upload again creating a second copy on Zoho's servers. Currently seems a waste of time and server resources..
ZCreator and ZWriter
I would like the ability to connect fields from a single record in ZC into a ZWriter document, with those fields arranged and formatted in a ZWriter Doc. This would work similar to the dynamic fields available in ZSites (that are connected to your ZC databases). There could be a custom action button on a certain view that called the integration API connected to a ZWriter template where those fields exist. Anybody know how to do something like this? Maybe I'm missing an obvious way of doing it?
Working with PDF files
One feature that I believe would make Zoho Writer a "killer app" would be the ability to import PDF files for editing and then save the output to any standard file format. Currently the conversion utilities I have seen are very cumbersome. If this could be an integral part of Zoho Writer it would be a tremendous help
