Sign in using SAML-based SSO

Sign in using SAML

SAML is a protocol that allows you to configure single sign-on (SSO) for Zoho with your identity provider (IdP). Once SAML-based SSO is configured for an organization, all the organization users can directly sign in to Zoho using their IdP credentials without the need to enter Zoho credentials.
Points to note:
  1. SAML-based SSO can only be configured for organization accounts, and not for personal accounts.
  2. Once configured, users will be able to sign in only through SSO and other sign-in modes will be restricted.

To start with, you have to configure SAML-based SSO with you IdP. Once you have done that, you can access Zoho using one of the following ways:
  1. Access Zoho from IdP dashboard
You can sign in to your Identity provider and access Zoho from the list of all the applications you use.
  1. Access Zoho directly
    1. Go to the Zoho Accounts sign-in page.
    2. Enter your email address, then click Next. (If you are an organization admin, click Sign in another way, then select Sign in using SAML.)
    3. If you've already signed in to your IdP in the browser, you will directly be signed in to Zoho. If not, you will be redirected to your IdP to enter your credentials.
