Reports provide summarized insights into your booking data to help you monitor business performance and make informed decisions. You can analyze reports across the following categories:
  1. Appointments: Track booking volume, cancellations, and scheduling trends.
  2. Revenue: Monitor earnings and payment-related metrics.
  3. Event Types: Evaluate the performance and popularity of your services.
  4. Users: Measure staff workload and booking performance.
  5. Workspaces: Compare booking activity across different teams or departments.

1. How reports work

Reports can be generated based on bookings or revenue using filters like users, event types, workspaces, appointment status, and date ranges. Generated reports help track appointment trends, customer activity, earnings, and business performance over time. For example, a consulting firm can generate an Appointments by Staff report to compare bookings across consultants. If Sarah completed 120 appointments, John 95, and Emily 80 in a month, managers can use this data to balance workloads and plan staffing.
