Add object detection field

  2. Prerequisite: an image field in your form
  4. You need to create an object detection model before adding an object detection field inside your form.
1. Edit your app.

2. Open the builder of the required form.

3. Add the Object Detection  field to your form. Refer to this page to learn how to add a field to a form.
  1. If your form doesn't contain an image field, you'll be prompted
  2. When your form contains at least one image field, the  Object Detection  pop-up will appear
4. Select the required model type — Custom or Ready to use.

5. If you've chosen the Custom model type, follow the below steps.
If you haven’t created and trained any prediction models in your account, you'll be prompted to create one.
  1. Click  Create New Model . You'll be taken to the  AI Models  section under  Microservices . Refer  here  to know how you can create an object detection model using  AI Modeler.
  2. Once you've created, trained, and published the model, the respective model will be displayed in the dropdown. 
  3. Select the trained model from the dropdown and click  Next.

6. If you've chosen the Ready to use model type, click Next.



7. Select the required image field as the  source field, then click Next.

8. The next screen displays the object detection field in which the output will be shown. Click Add Field.

9. You can now access your app in live and upload images in the source field. The object detection field will analyse and display the object name accordingly.
