Record Audit
- In your form builder, go to the Settings tab > Compliance & Audit > Record Audit.
- Enable Audit and click Save.
To view the audit data of a record,
- Go to All Entries or Reports section of your form.
- Click the ellipsis icon to the left of a record and click Audit option.
You can export your form's record audit data and download the exported files. Learn more
- Record audit logs can be viewed by the form owner, the users with Modify Form permission, the users with Modify Form, Entries, Reports permission, the users with Read/Write, Read/Write/ Merge and All Permissions to share reports.
- If you have any encrypted fields in your form, the audit data of encrypted fields are encrypted and stored in our data servers.
