Using the Attendance module, you can efficiently add, manage, and monitor attendance logs for users across your organization. This provides clear visibility into day-to-day workforce activity.
Checking In /Out
The Check In/Check Out feature allows the logged-in user to record their start and end times for the day, effectively tracking their work hours.
To check in/out:
- Select Attendance from the Workforce menu.
- Click Check In at the top right corner.
When you check in for the first time on a given day, a new attendance entry is created. This entry will include an attendance log with the check-in time. Until check-out, the check-in time will be displayed next to the Check Out button. - You can Check Out when required.
The check-out time may extend beyond the day of the check-in time. However, the attendance log will be recorded for the day of the check-in.
Points to remember
- You can check in/out multiple times a day. Each of these check-ins/outs will be added as multiple attendance log entries for that day.
- The location information will be captured only when you check in from the mobile app.
Adding Attendance Logs
Apart from capturing the attendance through
check in/out, you can also add attendance log entries. Each of these attendance log entries will be added within an attendance entry for that date.

If there are no conflicts, a new attendance log will be added for the day of the check-in time. An attendance log cannot be added for a future date/time. The following details will be shown in the List page:
