Credits

Users from across the globe use different currencies, so it is difficult for the users to calculate the costs of calls (both incoming and outgoing) in their host currencies. This led to the introduction of a new and common pricing parameter referred to as a credit. Credit is the unit of currency used in telephony. The total credits available indicate the balance left for you to make or receive calls. Credits due for all incoming and outgoing calls will be charged from this balance based on your location and number type. You can check your Available Credits at the top of the Phonebridge home screen.

Buy credits

Sign in to Zoho One , then click in the top-right corner.
Click Marketplace in the left menu.
Click Access below the Telephony section.
Click Buy Credits in the top-right corner.
Choose the number of credits you want to purchase, then click Make Payment.

Auto recharge

If your balance falls below two credits, Auto recharge automatically recharges your wallet with a preset amount of credits, provided your payment method is a credit card.

To configure auto recharge:

Sign in to Zoho One , then click in the top-right corner.
Click Marketplace in the left menu.
Click Access below the Telephony section.
Click Auto Recharge in the top-right corner.
Switch the toggle button and choose the credits to be added as a minimum balance at the time of auto recharge.
Click Save.

Note: Partner and Partner associated customers will not have auto recharge option.
