Where to find a candidate's stage in Zoho Recruit?

Filter/Search candidates by stages

What are the different candidate stages?

New: This stage is applied to every candidate created in Zoho Recruit. A candidate remains in this stage until you associate them with a job, or get in touch with them via email or SMS.

In Review: When you establish connection with a candidate via email, SMS, or an assessment--without a job opening association--they will be In Review.

Engaged: When a candidate is associated with a job.

Available: When a job opening is filled, other candidates who are neither Hired nor Rejected will move to this stage. You can later associate them with any other job. Click here to know more.

Hired: When you move an application to one of the Hired statuses in the Hiring Pipeline, the candidate will move to Hired. Click here to know more.

Offered: When you move an application to one of the Offered statuses in the Hiring Pipeline, candidate will move to Offered.

Rejected: When you move an application to one of the Rejected statuses in the Hiring Pipeline, the candidate will move to Rejected. Click here to know more.
