Creating your branded career site doesn't require technical expertise. That's why we've built a career site that is available as a default option. Apart from the default site, you can add and customize any number of career sites based on which edition you are in.
- By default, Zoho Recruit gives you a career site, where you can list all the published job openings and customize the job listings based on categories.
- You can use either the default domain that is provided by Zoho Recruit, or use a subdomain to include your company branding in the career site URL.
To customize the default career site,
- Go to Setup > Career Site.
- Select the default career site.

- Click Customize.

You can individually customize each of the following sections:
- Sections
- Appearance
- Advanced Settings
The header section is where you can tell candidates about how it is to work for your company, culture, values, and perks. You can also link your social channels from this section and set the theme of your choise.
The following elements can be included in your header section:
- Company logo
- Top menu links
- Social channels
- Customized background image and layout
- Text
Add your company logo
Your career site looks much better with a logo on it! First you need an image file to upload. We recommend using a JPG or PNG file with a transparent background, but a GIF will also work.
To add a logo,
- Go to Setup > Career Site.
- Choose a career page.
- Select Customize from more options.
- Go to the Sections tab in your home screen.
- Click Edit logo under the header section.


Note:
- You can have different logos for various career sites you have in Zoho Recruit.
- Logo can be up to a size of 1 MB.
There may be cases where you want to add additional links on your career site to direct candidates to other pages of your website. They will be added on the top part of the header.
Note: You can add upto five menu links.
Add your company social channels
Taking advantage of your company's social channels is inexpensive, and can be one of the most efficient ways to reach out and let your prospective candidates about your company, while keeping them constantly engaged.
To linksocial channels:
- Go to Setup > Career Site.
- Choose a career site.
- Click Customize from more options.
- Go to the Sections tab in your home screen.
- Click Edit social links on the top right corner of the header section.

Customize your background image
You can choose a background image either from the default options we provide, or from your system. Additionally, you can also choose to have a plain or solid color as your background.
Option 1: To use a default background image
- Click customize from career site.
- In the header section, choose Change Background.
- Click Select an image then choose an image
Option 2: Add a solid background color
- Go to Setup > Career Site.
- In the header section, choose Change Background.
- Deselect the default image from the Select an image tab.
- In the Upload image tab, choose to use solid colors with the color picker, or by adding a HEX code.
- Adjust transparency to 100.

You can customize the title, sub title, and description that you want on the home screen of your career site.
