RouteIQ's integration with Zoho Expense creates mileage expense automatically for a route owner in Zoho Expense when a route's status is completed and incomplete routes.

This feature is available in the Professional plan

Only Zoho Expense admin can enable this integration.

Mileage rates need to be configured in Zoho Expense for this integration. Learn more. 

Vehicle shouldn't be added in at least one mileage rate as this will be default rate used for mileage expenses created through this integration. Learn more. 

​Mileage Expenses are created for user's who have access to Zoho Expense.

Integrating RouteIQ with Zoho Expense

1. Open the settings menu in RouteIQ.

2. Click Integrations

3. Click Zoho Expense

4. Select the Zoho Expense Organization you want to integrate.

5. Click Integrate.

6.  Mileage Expenses are created for user's who have access to Zoho Expense. It can be viewed in Zoho Expense in the Expenses module.
   

7. User's have to associate this expense with a report to claim reimbursement. Learn more.

Disabling RouteIQ with Zoho Expense Integration

1. Open the settings menu in RouteIQ.

2. Click Integrations

3. Click Zoho Expense

4. Click the toggle switch to disable the integration
