Integrate RouteIQ with Zoho Expense

RouteIQ's integration with Zoho Expense creates mileage expense claims automatically for a route owner in Zoho Expense when a route's status is completed and incomplete routes.

Only a Zoho Expense admin can enable this integration.

Mileage rates need to be configured in Zoho Expense for this integration. Learn more. 
Vehicle shouldn't be added in at least one mileage rate as this will be the default rate used for mileage expenses created through this integration. Learn more. 
Mileage Expenses are created for users who have access to Zoho Expense.
Users need to report the mileage expense for it to be visible to the approver.

Integrating RouteIQ with Zoho Expense

  1. Open the settings menu in RouteIQ. Click Integrations and then click Zoho Expense.


  1. Select the Zoho Expense Organization you want to integrate.


  1. Click Integrate.



Mileage Expenses are created only for users who have access to Zoho Expense. It
 can be viewed in Zoho Expense in the Expenses module.



Users have to associate this expense with a report to claim reimbursement.

Route stops details are also attached as a pdf to the expense


Disabling RouteIQ with Zoho Expense Integration

  1. Open the settings menu in RouteIQ.

  1. Click Integrations

  1. Click Zoho Expense

  1. Click the toggle switch to disable the integration
