To access the chatbox features:
The various options, their descriptions, and illustrations are as follows.
View Media: To view all multi-media files (images, videos, audio, files, and links) shared in a conversation.
Pin This Tab: To prevent a chatbox from disappearing, while having multiple chatboxes open.
You can unpin a chatbox by clicking the Pin icon on the chatbox header and selecting Unpin This Tab.
Pop Out: To pop out the chatbox as a window and to pop in the chatbox inside the app.
Mute: To silence messages and notifications. However, if a user @mentions you, you will be notified. You can mute a channel for one hour, eight hours, one day, one week, or forever.
You can also mute a chat by right-clicking the chat in the chat list and selecting Mute from the menu list.
Notes:
Turn Off History: To disappear messages and not store them after they're seen by the recipient.

Copy Chat URL: To copy a chat's URL and share with other users.
Copy Channel URL: To copy a channel's URL and share with other users.
You can also copy channel URL from channel profile icon > More Options > Copy Channel URL.
Clear Messages: To clear the entire conversation from a channel. The complete chat history will be lost and cannot be restored. This option is available only for channels.
You can also clear messages in a channel from channel profile icon > More Options > Clear Messages.
Delete: To delete a channel. This option applies only for channels. You cannot delete one-on-one chats, groups, or forked conversations.
You can also delete a channel from channel profile icon > More Options > Delete.
