In Trident, you can view your planned schedules in daily, weekly, monthly, or work-week views. To set any of these as the default view when you open Trident:
Click the Main Menu icon on the top-left corner of the app.
Select Settings from the menu list.
Select Calendar.
Go to Default View under the Calendar Settings section.
Select your preferred view from the drop-down menu.
When you set your Calendar view to the work-week view, you get additional options to define your working days and hours. You can mark your preferences from the Work-Week and Work Hours drop-down menus.
With Trident's event settings, you can set event duration participant permissions, manage event invitations, and more.
To customize event-related settings:
Click the Main Menu icon on the top-left corner of the app.
Select Settings from the menu list.
Select Calendar.
Go to Event Settings.
Set the default event duration. Note: By default, all events you create will use the set default duration. You can change this duration at any time. | |
Set default participant permissions when we add them to an event. Note: When you add participants to an event, these permissions will be applied by default. Available permission types include:

Show declined events in the calendar. Note: If enabled, events you've declined will still appear in your calendar. | |
Automatically add events you are invited to in the calendar. Note: You can choose how invited events are added to your calendar:

Automatically add group events to the personal calendar. |
