You can choose a list style (numbered or bulleted) and make it the default for future lists in Zoho Writer. This ensures that whenever you insert a list, it uses your preferred formatting automatically.
In your document, insert a list of either type (ordered or unordered) and apply the formatting/style you want as the default.
Place the cursor in that list.
Right-click to open the context menu, and choose “Set as Default Ordered/Unordered list”. This will set that current style as the default for new lists.
Image-based list styles (i.e., lists that use images as bullets) cannot be set as the default at present.
This default will apply to new lists created in that document (or future documents) — you’ll still be able to change style manually for individual lists if needed.
If you later change your mind, you’ll need to repeat the steps to pick a new default.
