Enabling integration
The first step is to set up Zoho Cliq from your Zoho CRM account. To enable the integration, follow these steps:
Navigate to your CRM account, go to Settings, and select Zoho Apps under Marketplace.
Click the Setup Now button for Zoho Cliq.
Click Enable.
A bot message will be posted in Zoho Cliq, and you will be subscribed to it. CRM bot
The Zoho CRM bot provides two message actions:

This bot menu action gives you an overview of what the integration does.
Add note
You can add a note to a CRM module and record directly from Zoho Cliq using the Add Note bot menu action.
Slash command
You can quickly view details of any CRM module and share them in a channel instantly using the following command:
/zcrm <Module Name>
This will display a list of records from the selected module. Simply choose a record to view its details.

Message actions
You can also convert a message into a CRM note using the Add Note to CRM message action in Zoho Cliq:
Hover over a message, click on the dotted icon, and select More.
Type "Add Note to CRM",. The Add Note form will appear.
Select the module and record where you want to add the note.
Build custom workflows
You can create custom workflows to receive instant notifications in Zoho Cliq. For example, if you need to be notified in a channel every time a lead or contact is created, you can:
Create a workflow rule in Zoho CRM.
Select Zoho Cliq Notifications as the action.
Choose whether to notify a specific user or a channel.
Now, every time a lead is created, you'll receive an immediate notification in Zoho Cliq.
